The South Carolina House of Represenatives have voted to advance a bill

President Joe Biden on Friday condemned the “extreme” Supreme Court majority that ended a constitutional right to abortion and delivered an impassioned plea.

The right to use contraceptives would be written into law under a measure that Democrats pushed through the House on Thursday.
